Signing off training as an Employee
Note: Employee's can only sign off on training if the site setting is turned on.
As an Employee
Sign into your Nvolve account as an employee or if your signed in as a manager switch to your personal view.
Next access your learning plan. Next view your procedure you wish to complete and sign off by clicking on the eye icon.
Access and review any relevant supporting files, and if applicable, proceed to complete the assessment by selecting 'Launch Assessment.'
Next, please confirm your understanding by selecting the 'Marked as Read and Understood' option. Afterward, add your signature in the designated field and click on 'Save Updates' to securely record your signature.
After saving the signature, be sure to click on 'Save Updates' to confirm and secure your changes.
As a manager
Log in to your Nvolve account as a manager or administrator, ensuring you have the necessary permissions.
Proceed to the employees page located under the workforce tab.
Select the eye icon next to the employee for whom you would like to complete the training sign-off.
Next, navigate to the employee's learning plan and select the eye icon next to the training you wish to sign off on.
Proceed to follow the outlined steps to successfully complete the sign-off process:
1. Enter the date on which the training was completed.
2. Select the appropriate status for the training.
3. If applicable, initiate the Assessment questions, Questionnaire, or Job Breakdown.
4. Click on 'Add Signatures.' Use your mouse to draw the employee's signature in the designated field, and ensure that you, as the manager, provide your signature in the corresponding manager field.
5. Finally, click on 'Save Updates' to ensure all changes are recorded.
The training has now been signed off on and will go to completed.
