How to unlock an employee account
Unlocking accounts
- Access your Nvolve account as a manager or administrator by logging into the web platform.
- Proceed to the Workforce tab and select the Employees option.
- Select the
icon associated with the employee account you wish to unlock.
- Located above the password field, you will see the unlock employee switch. Simply click on this switch to unlock the employee's account, allowing them to successfully log in.
- If the employee needs to change their password, simply click on the "Send Login Details" button to provide them with a link to reset their password.
