About the Manager matrix report
The manager matrix report serves as a valuable tool for managers, enabling them to monitor the training progress and compliance of their designated direct reports or workgroups.Note: When viewing the Manager Matrix Report as a manager, you can view the report for direct reports or Workgroups. Admins will see the report for direct reports and workgroups all in the one report.
Training assigned to an employee by another manager or another workgroup (Not assigned to the manager viewing the report) will show as unassigned on the report, as there is no link between the manager and the trainee.
