Keypad Receiver is not Working

Your Keypad receiver isn't working

It may be necessary to consult your IT Team for assistance with this task.

  1. Plug out the keypad receivers.
  2. To begin, access your computer and open the File Explorer. Locate your Windows (C:) drive, which can be found under "This PC." From there, follow the directory path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Nvolve Player\Drivers" and run the two files indicated in the screenshot below:

  3. After you have completed the previous steps, please proceed to the directory "C:\Program Files\Nvolve Group\Nvolve Course Creator\Drivers" and execute the file shown in the accompanying screenshot below.

  4. Next, navigate to the C:\Program Files (x86) directory. You should find a folder labelled "Nvolve Player." Right-click on this folder and select "Properties" from the context menu. In the properties window that appears, go to the "Security" tab. Here, click on "Edit" and scroll down to find the "Users" group. Make sure to check the box for "Full Control" to grant the necessary permissions, and then click "Apply" to save your changes. Afterward, relaunch the player and attempt to use it again.
