The skills matrix report utilizes ideograms presented in the Harvey Balls font, which is set as the default for this document. To view the report correctly, it is essential to download and install this font on your computer.
To begin, please log in using your manager or administrator account, ensuring you have the appropriate privileges.
Proceed to the reports page and choose the Skill Matrix report from the available options.
Next, locate and click on the 'Harvey Balls' button to initiate the download of the necessary file.
Run the downloaded file and click on install to install the Font.
Once installed you may have to restart your device if you do not see the changes in the excel sheet or the platform.
