Access your Nvolve account as a manager or administrator by logging into the web platform.
Proceed to the Workforce tab and select the Employees option.
Select the icon associated with the employee account you wish to unlock.
Located above the password field, you will see the unlock employee switch. Simply click on this switch to unlock the employee's account, allowing them to successfully log in.
If the employee needs to change their password, simply click on the "Send Login Details" button to provide them with a link to reset their password.
