Setting up the Frameworks

To begin setting up the Learning Framework firstly login as a group level (with full Control) user with access to the Group level. 

Next navigate to the Learning skills and compliance tab and select Learning Framework. 

From the Learning framework page you will see the list of existing Frameworks set up and the sub levels of the frameworks. To edit or add a new frame work click on the red 'Configure Frameworks' button.

In the Configure Frameworks page you can add new sub levels to the existing frameworks by clicking on the green plus sign associated with the framework. Alternatively you can edit or delete an existing framework by clicking on the blue edit icon or the red delete icon. To add a new framework click on the red 'Add' button.

On adding a new framework or sub-level of a framework enter the title and click on Save updates to save the changes.

The newly set up frameworks will be available to all sites associated with the Group Level Account. 

Using the Framework Wizard

To associate existing training to a framework login to the platform as an administrator with the correct permissions to the site, or as a user with access and the correct permissions to group level view. Navigate to the Learning Framework page and click on blue Framework Wizard button located at the top right corner of the page. 

Next select the skill you wish to associate the training with by clicking on the circle check box and click on 'Proceed to Step 2'.

Select the training you want associated with the framework by moving them from the Available Courses Column (On the left) to the Selected Columns (on the right). You can do the same for other types of training by switching between the tabs. Once all the training is selected to be associated with the framework click on the red 'Save Updates' button to save the changes.

Once saved the Skill will show you the Compliance percentage and information on the training assigned.
