How to Schedule Audits on the Nvolve Platform
Scheduling Audits on Nvolve Platform
To get started, please log in to the Nvolve platform using an admin account that has the appropriate permissions.
Subsequently, navigate to the Auditing & Supply Chain Tab and select the Audit & Checklists option.

Next, proceed to the "Audit Schedule" page and select the "Schedule New Audit" button situated at the top right corner of the screen.
From this point, you will need to complete the New Audit form.
Fill in the required fields in the New Audit form. The following fields must be completed before clicking Add:
Date - The date the audit is scheduled to take place. Defaults to today's date.
Select Template - The audit template to use. All published templates appear in the dropdown.
Select Department - The department the audit applies to, or All for organisation-wide audits.
Select Auditor - The user who will conduct the audit. Select Auditee(s) One or more individuals who will be audited.
Once all required fields are filled, click the Add button to add the entry to the schedule table.

Next Review and confirm.
The completed audit entry will appear in the table below the form, showing the scheduled date, department, audit title, auditor, and auditee(s). You can add multiple audit entries before confirming. When satisfied, click the Schedule Audits button in the bottom-right corner to create the audits.

Once confirmed, the scheduled audit will appear in the Audit Schedule list and will be assigned to the selected auditor. Auditees will be notified in accordance with your platform notification settings.
