Refreshing employees Learning plan
Log in as a manager or administrator with the necessary permissions.
Head to the workforce tab and select the employees option.
This will open up a list of employees for you to choose from. Simply find the employee whose training you’d like to refresh and click on the eye icon.
You'll then be taken to the employee details page. From there, simply click on the learning tab to view all the training that's been assigned to the employee.
Next, go ahead and click on the 'Refresh Learning Plans' button to choose which training you'd like to refresh for the employee.
Take a moment to choose the training you’d like to refresh. If you want to refresh everything at once, just tick the box in the blue header of the table. Once you’ve made your selections, go ahead and click the refresh button. You've successfully refreshed the employee's training.
Note: eLearning Courses will not get refreshed during this process.
