How to raise a support ticket

Raising a support ticket.

To create a support ticket follow the steps in the video or follow the step by step walkthrough below.

To begin, please log in to the Nvolve platform using your Administrator or Manager credentials. Once logged in, locate and click on the user icon situated in the upper right corner of the screen.

User menu open, "Knowledge base" and "Support Tickets" highlightedYou will be presented with a list of previously raised support tickets. To initiate the process of creating a new support ticket, simply click on the "New Support Ticket" button, and follow the prompts to submit your request.
