Performing Reviews on Employees
To get started, please log in to the Nvolve platform using your manager or administrator account, ensuring you have the appropriate permissions.
Once logged in, proceed to the workforce tab and select the Employees option.
Click on the eye icon next to the employee for whom you wish to conduct a review.
Proceed to the 'Performance' section on the employee's details page. From there, select 'Reviews & Check-Ins' and click on the prominent red 'New Review' button to initiate the process.
Select the review template you wish to launch and click on the launch Icon.
STEP 1
Create new goals or objectives for the employee, and make any necessary edits to their current goals.
Note: You have the option to check the employee's Learning compliance, Improvement Ideas, and Employee Recognition by selecting the relevant buttons located in the left column of the page.
STEP 2
Complete the Performance and Behaviour section by answering the questions that have been incorporated into the custom review.
STEP 3
Include any supplementary comments from either the manager or the employee, as deemed appropriate.
To finalize the review, simply click on the red 'Finalise Review' button.
If you need to revisit any reviews, you can easily do so by clicking on the lock icon. Additionally, to view the details of a review, just select the eye icon.
