How to do a Data refresh on the Tablet?

NOTE:

Please ensure that you sync your Tablet prior to performing a data restore..

To begin, please log in to the tablet using a manager or admin account. Then, locate and tap the menu icon located at the top left corner of the screen.

Next, navigate to the settings menu and choose the option to refresh Data.

Please confirm the data refresh. The application will automatically close. After the app has been refreshed, simply reopen it and log in. The application will then sync all data from the platform to your tablet, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information.
