How to disable Sign offs on training

Disabling Sign offs for training

You can turn off sign offs for training such as: Digital Procedures, Other training/skills and Video Learning

To begin log into the platform as an administrator with the correct permissions. 

Head to the Learning Skills & Compliance Tab and select one of the training types you wish to select the training from.

Next Select the eye icon of the training you wish to disable sign offs for.

On the training overview page, scroll down until you see the toggles.

What each Disable Signoff Toggle:

Disable Platform Signoff: When activated, this setting restricts sign-off capabilities to only admins and managers on desktop or laptop devices, preventing employees from signing off on their own training.

Disable Tablet App Signoff: When activated, this setting ensures that only administrators and managers have the ability to sign off on training completed on a tablet, thereby restricting access for employees.

Disable All Tablet Signoff: All sign-offs must be completed on a computer.
