How to create new Audit Templates on the Nvolve Platform

Creating Audit Templates

To get started, please log in to the Nvolve platform with your admin credentials, ensuring you have the necessary permissions.

Next, navigate to the Auditing & Checklists page, which is located under the Auditing & Supply Chain tab.

Next, proceed to the Audit Template Tab and select the 'New Audit Template' button located in the upper right corner of the list.

Please input the necessary details for the audit. If you find that there are no available options for the default department, default section, or audit template group, you can easily create these options by selecting the red pencil icon next to the respective fields.

You have the option to enrich your audit template by adding new audit statements. To do this individually, simply click on the 'New Audit Statement' button, input your statement, and remember to click on 'Save Updates' to ensure your changes are recorded. If you prefer to add multiple questions or statements simultaneously, you can follow these steps:

  1. To begin, please download the provided template, complete the necessary fields, and ensure you save it to your computer.
  2. Please click on the "Browse" button to locate and select your template file.
  3. Once you have selected your template file, please click on the "Preview" button to review the questions before importing them. After confirming that everything is correct, be sure to click on "Save Updates" to securely store your changes.
