Completing learning on Mobile
If you are accessing the platform from a mobile device, please download the Nvolve App, which is available on both the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
To access the platform, please use the login credentials that have been emailed to you. If you have not received them, we recommend reaching out to your administrator for assistance in obtaining your login details.
Please select "Learning Plan" from the home page to access your assigned training. You can view the various training modules by tapping on "Total Training," "Completed," or "Not Completed.".
To begin your eLearning courses, please select the "Launch" button.
Upon completing the eLearning course, please select the "Finish" button to confirm your progress.
When the "Finish" button is selected, the status of the course will be updated to reflect that you have successfully completed it.
Click on the training item and click Show, tap on all the documents, complete the assessment, input your signature and then click save.
Once you have successfully completed all training modules, please navigate to the Menu button located in the top left corner of the screen and select the SYNC option to ensure your progress is accurately recorded.
To ensure that your training progress is accurately reflected on the platform, please remember to sync your tablet at the end of your training session or by the end of the day. This step is essential for uploading the data from your tablet to the platform.
If the syncing process is not completed, your training progress will not be recorded as completed on the platform.
Click on the Notifications Tab to view the various notifications of learning, surveys, meetings, etc...
