Assigning training from Marketplace
To start the process of assigning courses from the Marketplace on Nvolve, please log in as a manager or administrator with the appropriate permissions.
Proceed to the learning tab and choose the Marketplace option.
From the marketplace page, you have the option to select the specific marketplace from which you would like to assign courses.
To assign a course to an employee, simply click on the eye icon next to the desired training. Next, navigate to the Assign Course Tab, where you can effortlessly move employees or workgroups from the left column (Available) to the right column (Assigned). Once you have assigned the employees or workgroup, please remember to click on "Save Updates" to ensure that your changes are successfully recorded.

To get started, please log in as a manager or administrator who possesses the necessary permissions. Then, proceed to the learning tab and select the Marketplace option.
Next, please select the eye icon corresponding to the training you wish to assign.
From this point, navigate to the Assign Course tab, where you will be able to designate the course to the appropriate employees or workgroups. Once you have made your selections, be sure to click on "Save Updates" to confirm and record your changes effectively.
If you are unable to locate the course in the assigned course tab (which indicates that the course has previously been assigned to employees), you can conduct a search for the course in the un-assigned tab.
To locate a course in the un-assigned Courses tab, simply enter the name of the course you are searching for into the input field. After entering your search term, click on the search icon to display the relevant courses that match your query. Once you find the desired course, click on the eye icon to proceed with assigning it to employees, following the steps outlined earlier.
