How to assign a Manager / Workgroup / Pathways to an Employee

Assigning Managers, workgroups and pathways to employees.

To begin, please log in to the Nvolve platform as an Administrator or Manager, and then proceed to the Employee section located under the Workforce tab.

This will show a list of all the employees in a table. Click on the icon on the employee you wish to assign a manager/workgroup to.

In the Employee tab under "Managers," you have the option to easily assign a manager by dragging and dropping the desired manager from the left side to the right side. Don't forget to click 'Save' to confirm your changes.

Furthermore, within the Employee tab under "Work Groups," you can drag and drop a workgroup from the left side to the right side. After making your selection, be sure to click on Save Updates to apply the changes.

To assign pathways to an employee, simply click on "Pathways" within the Employee section. This will allow you to easily add new pathways to the employee's profile. If you need to remove a pathway, you can do so by clicking the delete icon . Additionally, if you wish to temporarily halt a pathway, just click the pause button.

Utilize the "Personal Documents" in the Employee section to securely upload any personal documents related to employees.
