Adding Job Opportunities
Log in as a manager or administrator with the necessary permissions to get started.
In the Communication & Engagement tab, go ahead and click on the Job Board tab.
Select the 'New Job Opportunity' button and provide the necessary information. (Required: Link to application. Optional: Add relevant files). Select the 'Save Updates' button to ensure that your changes are recorded.
To see how the job opportunity appears, simply click on the eye icon next to the newly created job listing and choose 'Job Share Preview.'
A preview of the job opportunity will appear for you, and simply clicking on 'Apply Here' will take you right to the application site!
When employees log into the platform or mobile app next time, they'll discover the new Job opportunity, ready for them to share with others.
