How to add a Hard Copy Sign off to training?

Adding Hard copy sign offs to training.

To get started, please log in to the Nvolve platform as a manager or administrator, ensuring that you have the appropriate permissions.

Next, navigate to the Workforce tab and select the Employees option.

Next, click on the eye icon associated with the employee whose training you wish to add a hard copy to.

From the employee details page, navigate to their learning plan and select the eye icon next to the training for which you would like to add the hard copy sign-off.
  

Note: You are able to add a hard copy sign-off for training that has been completed. However, in this example, we will demonstrate how to add it to training that is still to be completed.

To proceed, complete the training as you normally would. For detailed guidance on completing the training, please refer to the linked article below.

How can the training be completed

Afterward, follow the steps outlined below to add the hard copy sign-off to the training.

  1. Select the tab labeled "Hard Copy Sign-Off."
  2. To upload your file, kindly click on the browse button to locate the desired document, then select the add button to proceed with the upload.
  3. Click on the Save updates button to ensure that your changes are recorded successfully.
