Creating a new review templates.
To get started, please log in using your administrator or manager credentials that have the necessary permissions.
After logging in, proceed to the "Performance & Recognition" tab.
On the Performance and Recognition page, navigate to the Review Template tab and click on the red "New Review Template" button to initiate the creation of a new Review Template.
At this stage, please enter the title of the review and specify the grace period. You also have the option to implement a two-step review process, where the employee completes their section first, followed by the manager's review.
To enhance the review, you may include Performance and Behavioral details by selecting the red "New Performance / Behavior" button. From there, choose the type of feedback or comments you would like to incorporate into the review.
After completing the previous steps, you can enhance the review by adding final rating options. Simply click on the blue 'Final review rating options' button, and a form will appear for you to fill out.
To schedule the review, click on the "Schedule Review" button. From there, you can easily assign employees by moving them from the left column, labeled "Available," to the right column, labeled "Assigned."
After you have completed these steps, please click on the "Save updates" button to ensure that all changes are properly recorded.
