How do I archive Employees?

Archiving Employees

Log in to Nvolve as a manager or administrator.

Subsequently, proceed to the Workforce tab and choose Employees from the list.

Select the icon corresponding to the employee you wish to archive.

 

This action will display the employee details page. Locate the "Archive this Employee" button at below the Remarks field, and then click on it.

You will have the option to specify the Archived Date, after which you can proceed by clicking the red "Archive" button situated at the bottom right of the screen.

The employee has now been successfully archived and can be accessed in the Archived Employees tab.
