Completing learning on the Nvolve app on Tablet / iPad
If you are accessing the platform from a tablet or iPad, please download the Nvolve App, which is available on both the Google Play Store and the iOS App Store.
To access the platform, please use the login credentials that have been emailed to you. If you have not received them, we recommend reaching out to your administrator for assistance in obtaining your login details.
After logging in, please navigate to the "Learning Plan" by selecting it from the home page or from the dropdown menu located at the top left corner of the screen.
Select the "Total Training" square, and then choose the desired learning course or title to access the content.
Please select the supporting files to access and review all relevant documents associated with this section.
Next, please select the "Job Breakdown" sheet to view a detailed, step-by-step breakdown of the tasks involved.
Tap the "Start Counter" option to record the duration required to complete each step outlined in the Job Breakdown list.
Please select the "Competency Check" option to complete the assessment, if it is available.
When encountering multiple questions in the assessment, please utilize the “Previous” and “Next” buttons to navigate through the questions. Once you have answered all the questions, kindly tap on “Submit”.
Once you have finished, please select the "Mark as Completed" option and proceed to the Sign Off section to enter your signature.
Once you have completed all the above steps, please remember to select the "Save" option to ensure your progress is recorded.
Once you have completed all training, please navigate to the menu dropdown by tapping the icon located in the top left corner of the screen and select the sync option.
To ensure that your training progress is accurately reflected on the platform, please remember to sync your tablet at the end of your training session or by the end of the day. This step is essential for uploading the data from your tablet to the platform.
If the syncing process is not completed, your training progress will not be recorded as completed on the platform.
While performing the sync, please ensure to select "Yes" for all the pop-up prompts that appear.
