Create a new goal for employees
To get started, please log in to your manager or administrator account. Next, proceed to the employee page by navigating to Workforce > Employees. From there, select the employee to whom you wish to add the new goal or objective by clicking on the corresponding icon.
The employee detail page will be displayed. Please click on the "Performance" tab located at the top of the employee detail page. Then click on the red "New Goal" Button.
Please choose the appropriate Core Value Alignment and complete the necessary fields with the relevant information and click on "Save Updates" to ensure that the new Goal is properly recorded.
