Completing Audits on the Nvolve Platform

To get started, please log into the Nvolve Platform as an Administrator, ensuring you have the necessary permissions.

Next, navigate to the 'Auditing & Supply Chain' tab and choose 'Auditing & Checklists'.

Navigate to the Schedule Audit page, and then click on the launch icon to initiate the audit process.

Next, you will need to select the appropriate department for the audit. To proceed with completing the audit, click on the eye icon, or if you wish to mark multiple audits as compliant, you can choose the option to do so simultaneously.

After clicking on the eye icon, you will have the option to classify the audit as Compliant, Non-compliant, or Not Applicable. Please provide your insights or feedback in the comment field to enhance the audit process. To enhance your audit, you can also upload an image by clicking on the image icon. For a concise overview of your audit, click on the Show Summary option. Once you have completed all necessary fields, you can exit by clicking on the 'x' located in the top corner of the screen.

To finalize the audit process, please click on the 'Submit Audit' button.
