Clearing Cache on the Nvolve App

 

NOTE: Before you proceed with clearing the cache on the Nvolve App, it is important to first sync your data within the app.

Clearing Cache on Android

To begin, open the settings app on your Android device.

Tablet App Drawer

Next, navigate to the Apps section and select the Nvolve app.

Select the Storage option after accessing the Nvolve app.

To clear the cache, simply select the option labelled "Clear Cache". If you wish to remove data associated with the app, choose the "Clear Data" option instead.

 

Alternatively

Alternatively, you can press and hold the Nvolve app icon until a menu appears, then tap the 'i' icon (which may be labelled as 'Details' on some Android devices) to access the app settings. From there, navigate to the Storage section to clear the cache or data as needed.

Clearing Cache on Apple Products (ios)

Currently on ios there is no option to clear the cache or data. To clear the cache and data from an ios device you will need to delete the app from the device and reinstall the app again from the App store.
